FIXES AND CHANGES

- Fixed the purchase of hook #14. The hook was not added to the inventory after purchase. Now, after purchasing another hook #14, previously purchased hooks will be correctly added to the inventory.

- Fixed the 150 kg net. The net's position was misaligned with the position of the information button in the UI.

- Improved the quest girl. The character would fall from a height when the game started.

- Improved the camera view while swimming. Added an underwater view when the camera goes below the water surface.

- Fixed issues when switching characters in first-person camera mode.

- Improved character swimming mechanics.

- Fixed the use of the landing net on one of the piers.

Fixes and Changes

  • Fixed the quest-giving girl so she no longer gets stuck when crossing the bridge.
  • Fixed the artificial bait icon, which was showing incorrect colors.
  • Improved windowed mode — the game window can now be resized.
  • Translated missing text in game settings -> graphics -> grass rendering distance.
  • Fixed swapping the float rod on the stand — if the leader was held in the left hand, it wasn't released.
  • Fixed a bug with equipping the rod with items — the quantity of baits was resetting to 0 after being removed from the hook.
    (NOTE: After the update, you should completely remove the currently equipped bait from the hook if you have a large quantity of bait in your inventory).
  • Fixed flying insects — they are now invisible when it's dark.
  • Added a quick mount button to the item icon when equipping the rod — now you can place the item in the rod setup with a single click.
  • Improved the impact of groundbait in the feeder basket on fish bites.

Fixes and Changes

  • Fixed the reel GUI — stopped the indicator from spinning on its own.
  • Fixed the reel brake, which at level 0 would cause the line to retract by itself.
  • Improved equipping of the rod — its type now remains as originally set or as set by the player.
  • Optimized the impact of depth, hook size, and bait on bites and fish sizes.
  • Improved casting distance calculations by taking into account casting weight and rod length.
  • Added an option to hide the help panel on the main screen. Settings -> Game -> Show Help Panel.
  • Fixed other minor graphical issues.

Quick fix

  • Fixed a bug that reset player resources and achievements to default settings upon re-entering the game.

I am excited to announce the release of my latest, long-awaited update for the Professional Fishing 2 Demo! I have prepared a lot of changes, including many based on your suggestions from surveys and messages. Your feedback is extremely valuable to me, and every change was made to make the game even better and more tailored to your expectations.

I hope the new version will meet your expectations and provide many hours of great fun! However, this is the first update of this scale, which means that some bugs may occur.   • New graphics engine – the game now looks better than ever! The new visual quality makes fishing even more realistic.

  • New selectable characters and customization – you can create your own angler and customize their appearance to your liking.

  • New location: Forest Lake – a beautiful, natural scenery with several separate fishing spots, offering even more opportunities to explore.

  • More gear and accessories in the shop – I have expanded the catalog with new models of rods, baits, reels, and much more.

  • Improved cameras – you can now use more intuitive views, including a modified first-person view, which allows you to better immerse yourself in the role of the angler.

  • Removal of level restrictions in the fishing shop – now you can use the entire shop's offer regardless of your level.

  • Removal of player stamina – move around the world without limits to explore every corner of the location.

  • New fishing shop – completely refreshed look and a new product offer.

  • Added NPC characters – you can now meet various characters at the fishing spots, adding more realism and a lively atmosphere to the game.
