In-Game Bug Reporter

There is now an in-game bug reporter, which is the best way to get my attention when you experience a bug. It supports including screenshots to help me understand issues that need visual references. I encourage everyone to use this when reporting issues, rather than the Steam forums, since it will get my immediate attention.
