Patch 1.2.16

We finally finished the patch to address the leftover issues with 'animals to take' list!

Changelog: - Fixed 'animals to take' list getting empty when certain missions are active
- Fixed issue with amount of animals to take being stuck on 1 or 2
- Horse accessories can now be thrown into the garbage bins
