Version 1.0.7 is now live!

Hello Whoopers!
Version 1.0.7 is now live and here is a summary of what it contains. As always we encourage you to leave feedback, bugreports and features you would like to see in the game. We read all of your comments and try to answer accordingly!

  • You can now pick up Kennys top hat after beating him!
  • Players can now travel back to the outhouse they came from!
  • Remade Melisande resurrection quests to make them more fun (say hello to the Catuccinos!)
  • Added newspaper headlines that react to the players actions in the world
  • Added more narrator voice-overs

  • TNT barrels don't explode immediately anymore when hit by firecasters

  • Added new quest markers for some quests to make them easier to understand

  • Fixed issue where players could get stuck in a gate in Stubbed Toes
  • Fixed issue where players could get stuck the laser puzzle in Chilly Winds

Fixed issue where player could exit Stonedale without having Melisandes quests first.

Hi again :) Yeah this update came pretty close to the last one - but we managed to squash a bug that could be pretty blocking for some players and wanted it out there so y'all can enjoy some more whooping !

[h2]BUGFIXES[/h2]
Issue where player could spawn in mid-air when exiting a dungeon should now be fixed. For players where this is already happening, they will be teleported to a safe point, either the dungeon they left, or if that's not possible, back to the Stonedale exit.

[h2]NEW FEATURES[/h2]
  • Controller support! Yes, our most requested feature is now available. Most controllers should work fine, but we've added custom glyphs and icons for Xbox and PlayStation controllers.


[h2]IMPROVEMENTS[/h2]
  • Alarm sound in tutorial level is now toned down and can no longer be heard over big parts of the level.
  • Added era-appropriate neon lights to make the availability of the Blackschmidt and Melisande clearer.
  • Changed lighting in Jolly Barrel Inn to make it easier to find Melisande.
  • Improved Melisande's makeup to improve her appearance.
  • Changed parts of tutorial to teach the player dodge attack better.
  • Performance and memory usage improvements.


[h2]BUGFIXES[/h2]
  • Issue where player sometimes could fall through the ground should now be fixed.
  • High and Ultra graphics settings are now available again.
  • Key rebinding should now work properly.
  • Fixed issue where slide puzzle sometimes didn't work properly if resolution scale was set to something other than 100%.
