Trial and new color gradient feature

Soon people can play the trial before deciding to buy Shadowforge. However, the trial will stay on patch 4.5. The trial will last 72 hours of in game time.

The newest feature, which is the gradient shader, will not be in the trial. The gradient shader is accessed by picking a color with the sprite and background color indicators on the palette. Just press on the rainbow D-pad icon and the image will change to be a color gradient image, it works with the lasso surface too.

Imagination Class #5

Shadowforge does not support drawing with 2 pixels using draw tiled (pixel perfect) over a large canvas such as 1920x1080. But here's the catch.

You can draw your prop or character in a larger canvas and then resize it. After you've resized it, since Shadowforge is not exclusively a pixel art software, you can draw smoothly and you can smudge.

Here's an alien character I painted. I first painted it with large pixels. Then I resized it and started to smudge it to make it look dithered. If you want it crispy, then you can still have it crispy. But I preferred to make it dithered. And this is the result.

To this.

Now if you want to go further you can make it look human and animate it.
