Added in blur settings in the main settings menu (CTRL + W).
The settings menu
Pressing CTRL + W brings you to the settings menu. You can pick how much space you want between your brush strokes.
Scaling your picture with your input
You can now scale your picture with your own values on the right menu, at Scale Width and Scale Height. Input your values and press enter and the picture is resized on the surface.
Blur the canvas
You can now blur the canvas. Works on all layers. Just click on the new icon on the left menu.
Merging layers update
You can now merge layers from one layer page to another layer page. Right click on "Right click here to reset layers merging" to not merge the layer you picked to merge anymore.
