Update 1..03b1r is now live

Update 1.03b1r is now live. The changelog is below:

• Salim's car no longer speeds up as much when you get him down to 100m, making it easier to catch him
  
• Kelly-Anne's game has been tweaked to be easier to beat, with more lives and a slower, more predictable ball.
