Update 1.51

The following fixes have been made in this release:

• Fixed collision bug where the player could fall if they were close to a corner when throwing a grenade.
  
• Grenade explosion radius increased.
  
• Added life item in stage 8-1.
  
• The light effect of the streetlight in area 9 has been improved.
