Measures Taken Regarding Items Acquired Unintentionally

Dear Adventurers,

We are addressing a recent issue in Bless Unleashed for PC. It has come to our attention that some players have exploited a bug to acquire an excessive amount of "Foreign crystal" items through the crystal box items. As a result, we have taken action by banning the accounts of those who abused this bug and during the maintenance on March 7, we will be retrieving and recycling these items.

[h3]Here is how we plan to handle the situation:[/h3]

1. The "Foreign crystal" items obtained through the bug will be recovered from the accounts involved. In return, we will distribute "Crystal Box" items to these accounts via mail.
2. For those who traded the "Foreign crystal" items through the exchange, we will return the starseeds spent by the buyer and deduct the starseeds obtained by the seller. Additionally, any ancient weapons crafted using abnormal "Foreign crystal" will be recovered, and extra ancient items will be provided as compensation.

[h3]For example:[/h3]
- Let's say Player A bought 10 crystal treasure boxes and obtained 10 Foreign crystal items using the bug. They then traded 5 crystals through the exchange at a trading price of 5 million stars each.
- Player B purchased two of these crystals and upgraded to acquire advanced ancient weapons.
- Player C bought three of these crystals.

[h3]Recovery process:[/h3]
1. We will deduct the remaining 5 Foreign crystal items from Player A's account, along with the 5 * 5 million stars earned through trading. In return, we will restore 10 crystal treasure boxes to their account.
2. Player B's account will have any advanced ancient weapon items obtained through upgrading deducted. We will also return any materials consumed during their upgrade (including 1 Foreign crystal) and refund them with a total of 25 million starseeds used in exchanging for these crystals (equivalent to 10 million starseeds).
3. After deducting the 3 Foreign crystal items purchased by Player C, we will refund the 3 * 5 million starseeds spent in the exchange.

We strongly advise you to be cautious about the origin of rare items and promptly contact us if you have any concerns. This will help prevent any unnecessary losses within the game.
