Launcher Update

This concerns the game launcher used to connect to game servers. Updates for game content happens separately.

Add fallback auth/hub service integration to work around Russia blocking western infra providers.
Improved error messages for connection errors and similar.
Fix filters menu not updating text when switching launcher language.
⌘-Q now quits the launcher properly on macOS.
Round time and lobby status of server is now displayed in server list.
Properly line out column headers in server list.
Updated the localization files.
