Sniper's and Triplegun's skills has been remaked!

[h3]Repair[/h3]
Fixed a problem where players can discard items to zero health in some cases.
Fix the problem of huge enemies flying out of the field boundary after "Geometric Fusion" is turned on.

[h3]Gameplay[/h3]
[character] sniper: Bullet damage X100% → X200%.
[character] sniper skill remake: no longer provides the shooting speed bonus when aiming, but provides the recoil force x 0% effect, and enters the bullet time.
[character] triplegun's player: HP 3 → 2, bullet volume X100% → x30%.
[character] triplegun's skill remake: when rotating, the movement speed and shooting speed will gradually increase, and this effect will be reset when being hurt.
[role] doublegun skill: for three levels, the effect of diminution of body size after penetration is X60%.

In the bullet time, there is an error in the calculation of the bullet's flight speed.
