Some gameplay updates.

Fix an issue where the Doublegun would dash in the opposite direction when the movement speed is below 0.
[h3]Gameplay[/h3]
Added legendary upgrades "Purifier", "Overheal", and "Blue Pill".
Remade legendary upgrade "Collector": Doubles the number of battlefield items generated by any method.
Remade Shotgun skill: Now "Overload" fires fewer bullets, but temporarily provides a great bullet damage bonus.
Remade Doublegun skill: "Dash" now makes you dash into the mouse targeting position, allowing you to move more precisely.
Doublegun skill module "Positional Warfare": no longer reduces dash distance.
Doublegun skill module "Step Back": the move distance is now a fixed value, no longer affected by movement speed.
