Some issue fixes and gameplay updates.

[h3]Fixes[/h3]
Fixed an issue where the movement speed of flying swords did not change in real time in response to changes in the Swordmaster's abilities.
Added a bullet collision correction mechanism, thus fixing an issue where bullets would penetrate enemies in some cases due to high bullet speeds.
Fixed an issue where game data could not be successfully uploaded to the leaderboard due to single quotes in the Steam name.
Fixed an issue where game data could not be successfully uploaded to the leaderboard due to OS language in some cases.
Fixed an issue where the cannon's bullets did not properly benefit from the skill's damage bonus after splitting.

[h3]Optimization[/h3]
Optimized the numerical calculation algorithm for bullets to marginally reduce performance consumption.

[h3]Gameplay[/h3]
Due to the new bullet collision correction mechanic, the limit of up to 60 actual bullet speed has been removed, so bullets can now properly fly at high speeds and hit enemies.
Now, if the upgrade store is locked, it will only unlock if the player actively unlocks or refreshes the store.
Added new legendary upgrades "Split Protecter", "Split Engine", "Giant Sword", "Light Crossbow", "Super Rebound" and "Emergency Deliver".
Sword's detection interval has been shortened from 0.05s to 0.02s to improve collision accuracy, with damage lowered in equal proportion.

Added floating tip text for unlocking/locking actions in the upgrade store.
Adjusted and optimized some text descriptions.
