Please provide the following information if abnormal happens on your client. (e.g. crashes, always download files) Our team needs your assistance to follow the steps below to provide Game Logs.
1. Create a new folder and name it with your steam name.

2. Open steam Library-> Right click on Aura Kingdom 2-> Manage -> Browse local files, find the specific files below and copy them into the new folder. You can find the files on the route.

3. After copying those files in the folder, click the mouse right button "Send to->Zipped File"

4. Attached the zipped folder in the mail and send it to , name the subject: Log_(your steam name)

After receiving the mail with the attached log file, the Dev. team will take deep research of the record and solve the issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
