Party Animals 2021 Player Survey

It has been a year since the last open demo of Party Animals.
In the past year, we have been working on the game diligently, making good progress.
However, there is one thing that we know we could do better: communicate more with our players.

That is why we made this survey, and invite everyone who has played Party Animals to participate.
We hope to get to know our players better, and in return make a better game.

The Party Animals Demo Has Come to a Close!

Hello Friends and Animals!

The Steam Game Festival Autumn Edition is officially over, and today at 10 am PST, the Party Animals Demo has concluded.

We couldn’t have asked for a better response from everyone during this event. Party Animals achieved so much in the past week, even reaching the top 4 played games on Steam, which is beyond our wildest dreams. There were a lot of punches thrown, headbutts dished, and dropkicks dealt over the past week, and we couldn’t be happier how warm our players’ welcome has been!

Our community has also grown so much throughout the demo that there are a lot of players taking the conversation in our Discord server.

Our team will continue to work on the game for its upcoming launch day and beyond. We promise more fuzzy fights and beastly brawls in the future. With a passionate community, we know we can make Party Animals as fun as we want it to be for everybody!

Start the fluffy fracas right away when we release the game by adding it to your Steam wishlist.

Free demo for Party Animals tops 135k concurrent players on Steam

October 12, 2020 The Party Animals demo has reached a new concurrent player peak of 135,843 on Steam.

Party Animals is pretty much Gang Beasts - a physics-focused multiplayer brawler where you awkwardly wail on your friends until you can knock them off of the stage. Except this time, it's adorable animals doing the punching. That sounds like a recipe for success, and so far the numbers have borne it out, as the free demo for Party Animals has reached some absurd heights on Steam.

The Party Animals demo reached a concurrent player count peak of 135,843 earlier today, as SteamDB shows. That's well past the daily peak for venerable free PC games like Path of Exile, and surpasses the today's highs for games like Rainbow Six Siege and Rocket League. It's an absurd number for a demo to put up, and far beyond the game's previous limited-time demo release back in June, which reached a peak of just under 8k.

If you haven't checked out Party Animals yet, this is going to be your last chance for a while. The demo is going away on October 13 at 10:00 PDT / 13:00 EDT / 18:00 BST. If you want to hit the Steam page and play it, you'll need to make it quick.

Party Animals new demo will be available from Oct. 4th 9am PST to Oct. 13th 10am PST.

This version includes new maps, new weapons, new characters and an even challenging tutorial.
