Small Update 0.136

Small change for returning resources cancelled from machines production. No idea why I thought it was a good idea to just lose all the ingredients, but your feedback made me realize it was too punishing. Thank you!

Gameplay
- Ingredients in machines will be returned when cancelling/reducing output targets

Technical
- Improved machines craft info and fixed it being wrong in rare cases
