Patch 0.18.2

Fixed an issue with the rematch function of quick play causing the score estimator to not work properly after the first match.
Fixed an issue with the toon and traditional board themes which was not fully showing the move analysis marker for a passing move.
Changed the Russian translation of beginner and novice difficulties to be different.
