What's in the new build ?

- The game runs now more smoothly
- The german AI is now cleverer in the Tallin, Odessa and Sevastopol areas
- The credit page is added (i surely have forgotten you, so just tell me if so)
- You now need to destroy 40 russian armies as the german to score the Red Army destruction victory condition
- When the russian counter-strike from Tallin is countered, there used to be some bugs. They are now corrected
