Beta 3 Hotfix (Beta 3.1.0)

Here's a hotfix for the recent Beta 3 content update.

• Fixed loading of the Robbers exfiltration missions (fixed the NPC arsenals)
  
• Fixed map generation sometimes placing pillars in the middle of a doorway
  
• Fixed the level 2 of the weapon specific skills not having the level 1 effects
