Beta 9 "Pimp My Guns" Balancing Patch (Beta 9.7.0)
In response to recurring feedback about balance issues, I've made several important changes:

- Nerfed the SWAT faction accuracy modifier (+50% -> +30%)
- Tweaked weapon stats and prices (most important change: nerfed the Dirty44 revolver)
- Nerfed frag grenades explosion radius
- Tweaked the price of grenades (cheaper for all except frags)
- Nerfed the damage reduction of all the shields
- Reduced the amount of MiniZs in the arsenal of the enemy gangsters
- Hide clouds when they block the player's vision
- Improved game loading performances
- Updated translations

- Fixed some transparent doors actually blocking vision
- Fixed weapon tooltips not taking into account the faction modifiers
- Fixed the overlapping sniping spots in the FBI "Foolish Widow" skirmish mission
- Fixed the invalid campaign mission objectives
