We're purring with excitement for the Cat Awareness Steam event for International Cat Day! Play at the arcade at Button City with cat friends like Sorrel and Sunflower during the sale and check out all the great cat games during the Cat Awareness Steam event.

Hey all! A hot fix is now out addressing achievements for Button City on Windows. This was due to the Steam API not initializing correctly. Thank you for your patience. If you have any issues please either submit a comment in the bug thread or email [email protected]

Fixes

• Fix to Steam initialization
  

Button City 1.0.5 is out now on Steam and with it we bring a number fixes and updates to controller input.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a softlock on day one after joining Fluff Squad.
  
• Fixed a softlock during day 4 after hanging out with Lavender.
  
• Fixed a softlock during day 4 after getting the trenchcoat and trying to speak with Sorrel.
  
• Made OpenGL the default on mac devices due to a rendering issue. This can be changed by running with -force-metal command in the command line arguments in Steam.
  
• Fixed the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S controller layout for macOS
  
• Fixed UI being outside screen safe zone
  

Game Changes

• Updated controller input so it's easier to select things like doors and other interactables.
  
• Added Wishlist button to titlescreen for Button City: Soccer Days.
  
• Built macOS version to support Apple Silicon.
