Thank you for your patience. The "Esports Godfather" World Championship update is progressing steadily.
It's time to give you a sneak peek! In this preview, I will reveal some key details about the World Championship update (Esports Godfather 3.0)!
[h2]1. Regional Division（Rogue Mode）[/h2]
"I'm tired of all these formalities! I just want to focus on card!"
"Can we have more club management? I don’t want to play cards!"
Since the release of "Esports Godfather," we have received a lot of feedback from coaches.
Many card battle enthusiasts have asked for a pure card-focused mode without club management. On the other hand, some coaches feel that club management is not comprehensive enough and want more depth in that aspect. We understand that different coaches have different needs and playstyles, but within the current framework of "Esports Godfather," it is difficult to satisfy everyone with a single mode.
Therefore, we have decided to introduce a rogue mode specifically for coaches who want to focus solely on card battles. In this mode, coaches will still need to progress from the secondary league to the league P and ultimately claim the world championship. However, the club management aspect will be significantly streamlined. This mode will be closer to our original vision of a roguelike card battle game. After each match victory, coaches will be able to select various ability upgrades, different types of reward rooms, and more…
More details on this mode will be revealed in future previews. Rest assured, although this rogue mode is a special mode, we have put a lot of effort into it and have not cut corners. We believe that once it is updated, coaches who love card battles will be very satisfied!
[h2]2. World Championship[/h2]
Just as many coaches wanted a pure card battle mode, we have also received feedback that the league p has become too easy. Many are eagerly anticipating the World Championship content.
As mentioned in our previous previews, the World Championship is one of the highlights of this update. We have completed all the designs for the different regional leagues and the World Championship format. Our development team is working overtime to bring this to life.
In the World Championship, there will be four distinct regions. Coaches will face not just opponents with higher stats but also teams with unique strategies and playstyles. If you approach these matches with the same mindset as the league p without adjusting your tactics, you may suffer heavy losses!
On the other hand, coaches with deep tactical hero pools will benefit greatly. Since it's the World Championship, we have also implemented a global ban-pick (BP) system, which many coaches have requested. The design for the global BP feature is complete and is now in production. We believe this feature will bring a new level of strategic depth to the competition.
[h2]3. World Ranking[/h2]
With the introduction of the World Championship, world rankings are a must! After the update, all clubs in the league p will compete for global rankings.
"Winning every match easily is boring; striving for the world’s number one spot is the real challenge."
In the world rankings, coaches will no longer compete only within their own regions. Strong clubs from other regions will also enter the race for the top spot. Which club will become the ultimate powerhouse? Rival clubs from across the world are eager to find out.
Additionally, individual players in the league p will also have their own world rankings. Each player, depending on their role, will have a dedicated ranking list. While the title of "World’s Best Player" might be debated, the title of "World’s Best Midlaner" will finally have a definitive answer.

As previously mentioned, we are working on refining the English localization of "Esports Godfather" and adding support for more languages. Rest assured, this has been a priority for us. Thanks to a recommendation from a seasoned localization expert on Bilibili, we have established a partnership with a professional localization service provider. Translations for various languages are currently underway.
