A Salute to all the US Navy Servicewomen & Servicemen who follow Task Force Admiral on Steam on the very day dedicated to their work, aka the good, old Navy Day.
Navy Day is dedicated to all those who served and are still serving in the USN, and was a popular event in the 1940s. A number of posters of the era have survived and were excellent illustrations of the growing importance of the aircraft carrier over the years.
After all, there wouldn't be a game at all if it wasn't for the USN and its glorious pages in history. Hopefully, we will work hard enough to do right by you - and do right by the legacy of those who came before you too!
