Epica 3.0 Release

This year we introduced the top-down view. However, we decided to go back to the 3rd person view with the 3.0 release.

The upcoming patch will also change back other modifications which were introduced in 2022 when we upgraded the project to Unreal Engine 5.

The 3.0 patch will still provide many of the UE5 advantages and improvements, but without the world partition system.

The major change requires us to rebuild the game world. Luckily, we have most things prepared and therefore anticipate faster development.

You can expect the release next month in January 2024, see you there!
