BETA PATCH 1.6.4

Updates
  • The town of Arhain has been updated with fires and related chimney smoke.
  • The rivers in Tarnmill have been updated.
  • Disabled Steam VR.




Added
  • NPC patrol, meaning that none player characters can now patrol on defined paths.
  • Random generated characters townsfolk, also setup random Orcs which will be added soon.

BETA PATCH 1.6.3

Updated
  • One handed axe attack animations.
  • Bow equipped animations.
  • Skill info when hovering an equipped skill.

  • Added a church to Arhain.
  • Added fall damage.

Epica Beta Patch 1.6.2

  • Updated the camera when interacting with quest and vendor NPCs.
  • Added Mining, with a mining pickaxe equipped the player can now harvest minerals. Minerals so far include, copper, silver, gold, granite, and coal. These materials can be used in crafting, for quests, or can be sold.
  • Updated vendors, items can now be randomly available - unless permanent i.e. quest items or for special items, such as the mining pickaxe.
  • Updated two handed swords, added new animations, added two handed swords to weapon vendors.
  • Added, interacting with random friendly NPCs will now start a talk animation.
  • Added new biome, pine tree forest.
  • Setup waypoints



BETA PATCH 1.6.1

  • Updated the vendor trade window slightly, you can now drag and drop the item to see the sell price - but still need to drag it into the above window for a sale.
  • Small update to the Ui when interacting with a questgiver, now only the quest window is visible.
  • Fixed an issue with the crafting window, showing craft is available, while it is not.
  • Added content to Arhain.
  • Added new creature, viper (snake).
  • Added new creature, a ground and flying critter.
  • Updated the forest bear.
  • Added new quests.

BETA PATCH 1.6

  • Updated items, weapons and armor stats, still a task in progress as content is optimized.
  • Added an extra camera view when talking to a quest NPC.
  • Fixed an issue not counting quest kills, when the target was killed by secondary effects, such as bleeding.
  • Added talking animations to vendors and quest NPCs
  • Added a pet vendor
  • Added a weapon disarm button to the Ui.
  • Addressed various smaller issues.
