One more maintenance update to fix+update a few things. Planning to make YM more universal in windows next patch + a few other things. This should be ready sooner than before as IRL interruptions wind down :)

UPDATES
- fix: not being able to disable "start with windows" option
- update: the overlay used by overlay cursors (CTRL ALT 2) is now ondemand and optional. meaning its only started upon first use of an overlay cursor, and if it fails YM will continue to work without overlay cursors.
- (steam) new: option to toggle running YM from steam. if disabling this, remember to shutdown YM first before updating YM in steam.
