In today's post, I wanted to give you a preview of the world you'll be able to explore in the Early Access version!

[h2]New Biomes[/h2]

• The warp gate wrecks: Explore the crashed mega structure
  
• The dead land: Will you be able to find what secrets it contains?
  
• The lush valley: The perfect place to create your lush forest
  
• The red desert: Wrecks, caves and mysteries!
  
• New caves: Will you prefer the cave of wonders, the uranium cave, or another one of the new cave?

[h2]Secrets[/h2]
For those who like to explore and discover misteries, the Early Access version will be full of little stories and secrets. Every rock could hide something new. Every wrecks could be more than it seem's.
At least 5 secret places have been added to the game!

Remember you can help us localize the game in your language on Localizor! Chinese, japanese and some other languages are almost done, but not quite yet!

Talk about the game to your friends, and ask your favorite streamers to try it! It will help us a lot!

• Heater t4 : Produces huge amount of heat
  
• Drill t4 : Produces huge amount of pressure
  
• Biomass rocket : Increase moss spread surface on your world and increase biomass generation
  

[h2]Base buidling and decorations[/h2]

• Big habitat module : 4x4 habitat module
  
• Angle habitat module : Rounded habitat corner
  
• Flower pot : Grows decorative plants inside your base
  
• Display case : Displays objects collections
  
• Sign : Allows to place labels everywhere
  
• Area lamps : Adds colors inside your base
  

[h2]Other[/h2]

• D.N.A Manipulator : Create tree seeds with flowers and mutagens
  
• Recycling machine : Gives you back the material of any object placed inside
  
• Gas extractor : Extracts gases from the ground
  
• Ore extractor t2 : Extracts rare ores from the ground

Finally, Amélie & I are happy to announce the date for the Early Access release of Planet Crafter! You’ll be able to get your hands on the game on March 24th 2022, in less than a month!

What will the Early Access contain compared to the demo / prologue ?

• New terraforming stages : Moss / Grass / Trees
  
• 4 new areas to explore and discover, new wrecks and secret caves
  
• More than 15 new machines, new ores, new equipments, new decorations
  
• Steam achievements
  
• New game modes (chill / standard / intense / hardcore)
  
• New landing sites
  
• New meteo events, story elements and secrets!

We recommend starting a new game with the Early Access version, but we are trying to make it so that your previous save files will still work. We can’t guarantee it for now, but we’ll do our best to make it happen.

The development branches will be removed some days before launch, but the prologue and demo will stay. A massive thank you to everyone who helped us find all the bugs and provided us with amazing feedback. It has helped us tremendously!

If you want to help us bring the game to your language, feel free to participate in the community localization on localizor.

The price at launch will be 19.99 US$, we’ll add a special launch discount for the first week, so be sure to get it as soon as it’s out!

We can’t wait to give you access to this version, and see how you will terraform your planet, which kind of trees you’ll plant, and how your planet will turn out!

[h2]The development of the Early Access version of Planet Crafter is full on![/h2]

The exact launch date is not set, but It will be really soon, and It's just a matter of days before I announce it!

The Early Access version will introduce the Moss, Herbs and Trees terraformations levels. You'll have to use D.N.A manipulation to create trees seeds and make your world green!

It will let you build new base elements, like the rounded pod corner, or signs.

You'll discover new machines, like a Gas Extractor and the long awaited Recycling Machine!

Hello everyone,

I'm uploading a patch right now to slightly improve performances of the game.


V 0.3.012 - Hotfix

- Improved performances for meteo events
- Improved loading time slightly (removed useless sector loading)
- Added a "120" fps target framerate in Options
- Hide compass on photo mode
- Removed "Plain wall" from unlockables as it was leading to lots of bugs
