Development Branch update - v1.313

Hello Terraformers!

We've just updated a new version (v1.313) on the development branch.
To try it, see the "How to switch branches?" question in the FAQ.

This version should fix the crashes occuring when animals start to spawn on a planet. On Prime (base game) & Humble DLC.

Let us know if you experience significant performances changes or new critical bugs.

As usual, restart Steam to get the update, and backup your save before trying the dev branch.
All players must have the same version to play co-op.
If you have issues launching the game, remove all your mods before reporting bugs.

Temporary changelog :

Humble

Added 23 new "Starform Crates" similar to golden crates, containing a high quality flower seed and an starform effigy
Added a new big crashed ship it's a smuggler ship, located on the top of the ice maze
Completly removed the damage of the big fog areas
Fixed a lot of collisions and textures problems
Added a new hidden bunker located in the ice mountain
Some parts of the undergrounds opens sooner
Improved asteroids impacts handling
Added more cosmic quartz in the world
Added more zeolite and obsidian in the world
Added 2 energy fuses in the first big ship loot
Fixed localization issues

Beloved space game The Planet Crafter explodes on Steam after major update

Sci-fi builder The Planet Crafter has garnered overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam and a healthy player base since its release in April, but following its recent update (and current sizable sale), the open-world survival crafter has had a serious bump in player count. Since the release of the Planet Humble DLC on Tuesday October 8, player count has increased tenfold, jumping from 1,844 to 18,449 in just under a week.

Humble DLC Patch #2 - Main branch

Hello Terraformers!

We've just uploaded a small patch on the main branch.
You need to restart Steam to get it.

For people playing multiplayer make sure everyone has the same version, if in doubt restart Steam.

This update fixes a crash occurring when animals start spawning in the some places. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We are currently reading all the DLC feedback and will do a Steam post about it in the coming days! Thanks to everyone giving us feedback!

Fixed multiplayer issue causing un-equipable equipment for some players
Added a bit more ice near the ice cave
Added some water bottles in the starting pod container
Fixed an issue preventing clients to join a game with an opened portal in it
Fixed issues with animals spawning on the wrong terrain
