Toruney Mode Patch 1.2.3

NOTE: The following changes apply only to Tournament Mode. No change applies to the normal version of the game.

• removed "vs AI" match types from Tourney Mode;
  
• replaced stage "Containment Breach" with a version without light effects for tourney use;
  
• removed stage "Elevator" from Tourney Mode;
