BHC is the in-game currency that allows you to buy in-game objects, weapons, and accessories. For the time being, the BeachHead economy is focused on game items that relate to combat. However, BHC is not only the in-game currency but the currency of the entire BeachHead universe. Once the BH CITY opens later in the year, players will be able to use their money to buy property and "civilian" lifestyle items.

Given what we have learned from the first contest, we realized that we need a leaderboard database outside of Steam to run the contest properly. The Steam leaderboard is not flexible enough to reset the contest without wiping out the scores, and we don't want to do that. WE ARE NOW WRITING THE CODE TO DO JUST THAT, AND WE'LL BE MAKING A NEW CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT AHEAD OF TIME, MOST LIKELY IN APRIL.
