Cactus conundrum and waterfalls | Devlog #7



This week the focus was on adding positional sound, so that you know things like waterfalls, or campfires, are either on your left or right side.

There was also a bit of a problem that the randomness of the planet might actually drop you a very dry planet with very little fruit or useful things growing on top... so that means the introduction of alternate resources for different planet states!

Glucobombs and cobwebs! | Devlog #6



Devlog 6 is up, and this week we see the introduction of Glucobombs which allow you to blow up parts of the level. We also get the introduction of Cobwebs, which was suggested by one of you, and in true Indiana Jones fashion you can use your torch to clear them out!

And we can now push and pull stones around!

Welcome to Residual, I'm Pascal from Orangepixel, and I'll be updating this store page with regular posts, new information, and anything that might convince you to wishlist now - I'm also the guy creating this game, so you'll be getting info straight from the source!
