-fixed a bug where the harvest menu tools doesn't show up when you have iron tools on hand.

-Fixed a translation showing in English
-Updated the UI for the Harvest menu. Now, items shown in the harvest menu will only be shown if the item is in the bag. This simplifies the UI a lot and doesn't overwhelm you with a list of items.
