[color][How To Participate][/color]
1) Basic Guideline
• We accept design for three category: Outfit(Any Item), Pet & Accessory
• You can submit drawing or 3D work
• Please upload your work via Twitter or Facebook with the following information:
- Your Platform & In-Game Name
- Your Work
- Please include 2 event hashtags: #3on3FreeStyle & #2024MyDesign
- If you upload a drawing, please include at least 2 images of your work process or a video of your work process.
- If you have more than 4 images, please keep it as one thread
- You can submit multiple works, but only one submission will be selected
- No violation of copyright, age rating, legal rights, and company’s image
• You must provide at least one front design for Outfit, Pet, or Accessory

• AI-generated art will not be accepted.
• We advise you to draw at least 1000 x 1000 pixels for drawing. If your image is too small, you may have a disadvantage during the review process.

• Internal Review: 12/18 – 12/23 23:59 PST
• Final 5 Entry Selection Announcement: 12/24
• Popularity Vote: 12/24 – 12/31 23:59 PST
• Winner Announcement: 1/2
• Reward Distribution: 1/8
• Event Process: Submission -> Internal Review -> Select 5 Works -> Popularity Vote -> Vote Count + Internal Review -> Winner Selected

• Winner: 5,000 Points + Platinum-Grade Best Designer Crown + Platinum-Grade Best Designer Nametag + Your Designed Item Once Updated
• 2nd – 3rd : 2,000 Points + Gold-Grade Best Designer Crown + Gold-Grade Best Designer Nametag
• 4th – 5th : 800 Points + Silver-Grade Best Designer Crown + Silver-Grade Best Designer Crown
• Random Draw: 100 Points (5 People)
• Please note that getting the most votes for popularity vote will not guarantee victory. Internal review of the 3on3 art team will decide the winner. 2nd – 5th reward is determined by vote count.

1) Can I submit multiple works?
• Yes, you can submit multiple works but only one work will be considered. You cannot receive duplicate rewards.
2) Will you select a winner for all categories? In other words, will we have 3 winners for this event?
• No, we will only select one winner regardless of category.
3) If I get the most votes during the popularity vote, will I be the winner?
• No, the 3on3 art team will review the final candidates for the winner. Vote count may affect the decision but does not guarantee the selection.
4) Will JOYCITY get the copyright of all submitted work?
• No, only the winner’s design. If you do not win first prize, we will not get any license for your design.
5) Can I participate in 2024’s contest if I was accepted for 2023?
• Yes, your previous result does not affect for current contest. But we will not accept the same design if you are in the Top 5.
6) Can I promote my work on other channels?
• Yes, but you MUST upload your work either on Twitter (X) or Facebook.

• You must submit your work within the submission period. Any submission submitted AFTER the event period will be disregarded.
• You must provide all designated information and include event hashtags to be considered as a candidate.
• You must upload your work to a declared SNS (Twitter & Facebook). Any submission uploaded on other platforms will not be considered.
• No violation of copyright, age rating, legal rights, and company’s image.
• If any legal issue occurs regarding submission, all responsibilities are on the contributor’s side.
• Only one submission will be selected for one candidate. If we find a duplicate winner, only one work will be selected and others will be disregarded.
• Getting the most votes does not guarantee your winning of the contest. Vote count and internal review of the 3on3 art team will select the winner.
• 2nd to 5th winner will be determined based on your vote count.
• We may not select the winner or make the winner’s design if there is no appropriate design.
• Winner’s design may be renewed to match with 3on3 Freestyle’s design.
• All reward and reward distribution dates are subject to change without notice.
• Copyright of the winner’s design will be bound to JOYCITY and 3on3 FreeStyle team and all participants are aware of and agree with this condition.
• Winner’s design is expected to be produced by June 2024. This may change without notice.
• We may produce the winner’s design with renewed design or color in the future.
• We may ask you for the original file (PSD) of work. Refusing to provide such file may cause disqualification.
