SG Boost Event Reward Issue

Dear ballers,

We have found that the wrong reward was sent for SG Boost Event - Cumulative Login Bonus.
We have fixed the following rewards with the correct item and retrieved the wrongly distributed one.
If you already used the wrong reward, we fixed your data as follows:
-Your character is downgraded to the previous prestige / Lv.10
-Any unlocked content due to prestige upgrade is locked/reset to 0
*Intensive Skill
*Intensive Stat Point
*Potential Tree
*Intensive Outfit

By 1/8 maintenance, we will proceed with the following step for the users described above :
-Refund Intensive Skill Ball / XP Drink / Intensive Manual / Potential Bead used to upgrade character during or after upgrading prestige with abnormally acquired item

Please note that you will receive a correct reward for this event after emergency maintenance.
If you already received reward, correct reward was sent to your inventory.
