We have found that Helena & Saru's style of hair from the Pink Collection Shopping Bag is included as a Custom Item.

This issue is fixed now. Please re-login to apply thefix patch.
If you already pulled these items before fixation, we will give the Wearable to All item by the next scheduled maintenance.
