We have received several reports regarding tournament reward is not sent after tournament.

As we investigate the issue, we figured out that you MUST STAY IN TOURNAMENT until the tournament completely ends.

If you leave the tournament before reward process, you cannot receive tournament reward.

If you faced this issue, please send CS ticket including your tournament time and date.

We will check your data and will send out your missing reward manually.

Our Developers are trying to fix this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.
