Unable To Access Arcade Mode

Dear Ballers,

We have found that there is an issue when you try to enter Arcade mode in the US server, [System Error] message pops up.

After you face this issue, your matching option is auto-changed to as platform only, and unable to access other game modes.

To temporarily fix this issue, please change your matching option as [Cross Platform Match]. You will be able to enter 1vs1 and 3vs3 mode but not Arcade Mode.

We will be fixing the issue during our July 5th maintenance.
