Draft Day Bug Fix Patch

Hey Card Sharks,

We released a new patch which fixes the daft day game lock-bug, added the Kardboard Kings manga to the main menu, and a few other fixes!

• Added "Leave Island" button when failing Card Game Island to prevent people getting stuck on the island.
