More Time to Discover Somber Echoes

We would like to thank all the players that have tried the Somber Echoes NextFest demo.

If you haven’t had the chance - we have good news!

Due to high interest we have decided to extend the access to the demo beyond Steam NextFest.

The demo is quite lengthy and we would like to give players a chance to see what it has to offer and provide valuable feedback to the team. Players can share their thoughts by either joining our Discord or Steam's dedicated community discussion.

Happy gaming!

Attention Steam Deck users

Due to constructive freedback from Steam Deck users we have done some optimization of the Somber Echoes Demo for the platform.

After you have downloaded the updated version of the Somber Echoes Demo the game should automatically switch the Steam Deck Mode under Settings > Render and Resolution to ON. If not, you should be able to turn it on manually.

The Steam Deck Mode will output correct resolution of the screen, set the quality to Medium and lock the framerate to 45 FPS. Also V-sync is recommended for Steam Deck. This should provide a stable player experience. If you prefer the unlocked framerate, you are still free to set change it.

Thank you!
