Update Notes for September 9

• Fixed several issues with matchmaking and rooms, including and issue that would kick you from a room where you were the host.
  
• Fixed fencing landing from spawn sound playing multiple times under some network conditions
  
• Fixed several impact sounds not playing correctly under some rollback conditions
  

Jumping over the net in Volleyball is not a bug and I will never, ever fix it.
