Patch 15.4 - Achievement and Bug Fixes

Happy new year! Apologies for the lack of updates, however today I deliver a bug fix plus a new achievement for completionists. As well as this, I realised that the update to remove the x10 Weekend Event never released so for the past month, rewards have been skyrocketing. To compensate for this "inflation", all ships have had a x10 price increase, while the x10 rewards will remain in the game.
- Added 2 Customisation Achievements
- Fixed achievements not unlocking in multiple areas of the game
- Major ship pricing changes
