Patch 16.52 - Boss Improvements

Minor update here, which brings an improved experimental stage to the boss fights which more information is shown below.
[h3]Boss Fights: Mini-Stage[/h3]
Ever wondered why the frozen deity had a little line in the health bar? It's because I always had the idea of the boss fight getting a bit harder for the final push against it but never implemented it. With this update, both bosses now have this line and they both have a purpose! When the Volcanic reaches this line, it gains a speed boost of 50% meaning you'll need to utilise your plasma field. When the Frozen reaches this line, it gains a firing boost of 30% while also getting a movement debuff, so you'll need to evade bullets even better.

Thanks to one of the players, Shep7000, it has come to my attention the game is crashing itself and Steam at around 1-3 hours of consistent playtime. I'd like to let you all know that I am actively investigating the issue right now and will hopefully find the cause of it. If you would like to participate in debugging, please keep an eye on your system usage through task manager and if you notice any spikes at the time of a crash, to make a comment below. I'll get to it as soon as I can.

- Disabled Collision SFX on Rescue Operations
- Increased asteroid spawn rate across all levels
- Volcanic Deity now moves 50% faster when hitting 30HP
- Frozen Deity now fires 30% faster when hitting 30HP
- Frozen Deity base fire-rate decreased by 10%
- Frozen Deity speed decreased by 10%
- Increased clicks needed to heal (2 -> 4)
- Decreased Health Pickup spawn rate by 50% for Normal
- Decreased Health Pickup Hitbox
- You can now press Enter in Rescue Operations at any time to restart
- Fixed pressing enter in Red Light Green Light not restarting level
