Patch 14.3 - Resolution Fixes: Update #2

Hi all,

This should be the final of resolution updates, but I may do another to add windowed capabilities as well as an upscaler to make lower resolutions look crispier.

Currently the tested working resolutions are:

• 1920 x 1080
  
• 1280 x 720
  
• 854 x 480
  
• 640 x 360
  
• 1366 x 768
  
• 1600 x 900

• 2560 x 1440
