The LOADOUT Update

[h2]What is a loadout anyway?[/h2]
A loadout is an alternative kit for a character. I've introduced 4 Loadouts to start, with more to come!
The first four are:

Dalton - Generalist
Friday - Rabbithood
Bingo - Cowboy
Blaise - Punk

Each one offering a twist on the character's playstyle!
Loadouts are enabled in the Server Options here:

After they've been enabled, players can choose a loadout when selecting a character:

Some of these loadouts include new weapons & Abilities! Starting with these 4 characters I will add at least one loadout to each character in the base roster.

I've also done some minor tweaks listed here:

[h2]Balance & Bug Fixes[/h2]

[h3]Gwen[/h3]

Reduced Rock damage by 50%
Reduced Fire DoT & Instant damage by 50%
Fixed some bugs involving "Phantom" projectiles that might be a buff! Since the netcode was deleting some of her impacts.

[h3]Abigail[/h3]

Turrets now properly display a Red outline around them in FFA modes to enemies.
