Hello everyone!

Today we’ve released a small but important patch for Spark in the Dark (0.017.7).

It adds two gameplay modes to the game:

💀 Path of the Survivor — the classic rules with permanent death and Dreamcatchers.
✨ Path of the Seeker — without permadeath: the hero is reborn at the last bonfire, but part of the equipment or inventory is damaged or lost.

Now everyone can play the way they prefer.



Achievements for completing the game on the Path of the Survivor will be added in future updates.
There will also be a special achievement for finishing the Nightmare Dungeon in this mode.
