Hairdresser Simulator Hotfix #12 - Freshly Cut Changes!

Ram memory improvements:

1. Reduced initial ram usage.
   
2. Unloadnig workers clients hair assets.
   
3. Fixed unloading worker and worker clients assets.
   
4. Unloading unused assets between clients.
   

Gamepad:

1. HairBands fixed moving task point while rotating in head view.
   
2. SlowModGamepad for exploration look.
   
3. Added text to tutorial about gamepad slow mode.
   
4. Added dpad scroll.
   
5. Gamepad subpart selection icon fix.
   
6. Bigger Triger Bumpers text icons.
   

Other:

1. Cut task update hologram on start task.
   
2. Fixed shaving texture hair on trim task after kicking out customer with shave bald task.
   
3. Better short hair head texture appearance.
   
4. Afro curl appearance fix.
   
5. Martha hair appearance fix.
   
6. Dave hair after-cut appearance fix.
   
7. Fixed parts that should be skipped (short parts) in brush task after cut task not being skipped.
   
8. Fixed no cut hairs on end shave and cut tasks.
   
9. Fixed customer window money reward.
   
10. Fixed hair interaction tools sound.
    
11. Setting short hair brushed.
    
12. Fixed Dave the last two tasks are automatically completed.
