Fixes:

- Snow won't appear in the game anymore outside the winter holidays (it may appear in custom levels, due to the author's settings though)
- Stop sign will now stop the following entities:
- Moving Turret
- Boulder Spawners & Boulders
- Crystalpede animation
- Tornado - Double-eyed monster will now play the 'Fire' sound
- Double-eyed monster will fire slightly more often now
