Weapon sound effect options + new item set + buffs to cloners and item sets

[h3]Version 1.0417[/h3] 🎯 [Sound effects] It is now possible to adjust weapon sound effects (fixed weapons / summons and on-board turrets / enemies). These settings are available in the audio section of the main menu options. 🎯 [Sound effect] The volume of the Tractor Beam weapon has been reduced. 🎯 [Item set] A new item set called "Grandius Obliteratus" has been added. This set is especially useful for those who want their drones to wreak havoc. 🎯 [Balance] Several item sets have been buffed. 🎯 [Balance] Cloners now clone weapons of the same grade that is equipped (previously only common-grade). 🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue with the cloner-type summons that resulted in weapon DPS not being correctly presented in tooltips. 🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue that could cause the loot filter to employ the item filter of another character when switching between characters.
