Bug fixes and removed flight speed cap

🎯 [Balance] Removed the flight speed cap in end-game challenges - i agree that it made end-game less fun.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an error in one of the Continuum Challenges.
🎯 [Bug fix] Reverted changes to some network subsystems introduced by 1.0394 that could cause synch issues.

Continuum Fragments and Augments in the Encyclopedia

🎯 [Encyclopedia] Continuum Fragments and Augments are now shown in the Encyclopedia.
🎯 [Encyclopedia] The encyclopedia now shows empty/unknown slots for all undiscovered items.
🎯 [Misc] The Cursor-type camera no longer follows the cursor when docked to a station platform.
🎯 [Balance] The Founders skill "Flux Deflector" no longer prevents damage when the player is protected by a Warp Plasma Shield.
🎯 [Balance] The Axiom skill "Strong Hull" now increases Hull by a percentage instead of a fixed amount.
🎯 [Balance] On-board ship turrets can no longer fire directly upon ship switch.
🎯 [Balance] The item set "Grand Justice" has been buffed.
🎯 [Balance] The hitbox of shields summoned by the Micro Shield Summoner has been increased by 5x.

🎯 [Bug fix] Fix for an issue that made it possible to allocate points in skills that had unfulfilled requirements (insufficient points spent on necessary skills).

🎯 [Misc] It is now possible to rebind the left and right mouse buttons.
🎯 [Balance] The Le Fragment is now less likely to drop.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed several crash-related issues.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue with three of the Continuum Challenges could be cheesed due to the increased space alloted around cave portals (introduced by patch 1.035).

Bugfixes and skipped cooldown for player turrets when switching maps

🎯 [Misc] The default camera mode has been switched to "Centered" based on the results from a community poll.
🎯 [Balance] On-board ship turret weapons are no longer set to cooldown when changing maps.
🎯 [Balance] The Axiom skill "Straight Shooting" has been buffed and now provides 10% less spread per point (up from 5%).
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed a crash issue for the "jumper"-type enemies in Act 4.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed a race condition that could cause all kinds of weirdness, including crashes and item duplication.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue that caused attack speed debuffs to instead increase attack speed.
