Drone targeting system update

🎯 [Weapon] The Targeting System weapon can now make summons go to arbitrary positions (and not only towards enemies). The given orders are also stackable, i.e., you can create paths that should be traveled.
🎯 [Balancing] The speed buff of the Targeting System has been increased by 50%.

Drone Targeting System and updates to drone AI

🎯 [Weapon] An auxiliary weapon called "Targeting System" has been added to the loot table. When fired, it makes all active summons target a given position. In addition, it creates a huge speed boost area of effect.
🎯 [Misc] Summons that escort/follow the player no longer collide with the player if they are actively chasing a target.
🎯 [Misc] Summons now weighs significantly less. This is especially evident for heavy summons such as Frigates and Cruisers.
🎯 [Misc] Summons are allowed to travel further away from their caster.
🎯 [Misc] Increased the drop-rate of Dye Fragments.
🎯 [UI] Revised a few particle effects.
🎯 [Bugfix] Fixed two content loading bugs in Act 2.
🎯 [Bugfix] The third boss in Act 2 no longer resets its HP if it moves far away during its final stage.

🎯 [Misc] Player-spawned warp gates can now be used regardless of ship size.

🎯 [Balancing] Various enemy abilities have been revised to better handle enlarged dungeons.

🎯 [UI] Many dungeon backgrounds in Act 1 have been darkened to increase readability.
🎯 [UI] The graphics of the Dye Fragment have been slightly revised.

Paint your ships!

🎯 [Continuum Transmuter] The Dye Fragment has been added. It allows repainting a ship in a given color. Custom colors can be created by mixing dyes.
🎯 [Misc] Passive drones (e.g., Cloner T-1 drones) can now drop in variants that make them fixed at the front or back of the ship.
🎯 [Balancing] Tiny fighters (smaller than 50 meters in diameter) now have reduced hull similar to how larger ships have increased hull.
🎯 [UI] Auxiliary Item slots in the HUD now have appropriate icons for Passive Auxiliary Items.
